About Kudzaishe Mugara

Kudzaishe Mugara is a financial professional who holds over a decade of experience in the industry, during which time he has served a variety of firms. Since 2017, Kudzaishe Mugara has worked with JP Morgan Chase, where he is the director of the home lending customer experience division.

In this role, Mr. Mugara holds several responsibilities, including leading several teams and implementing a variety of initiatives designed to increase customer engagement. Previously, he worked for Capital One Home Loans, where he served as senior department operations manager between 2012 and 2017.

During this time, he oversaw the implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives and led vendor management programs, among other activities. Before starting in the industry, Mr. Mugara studied at the University of North Texas and graduated with a BS in finance in 2012.

He is also involved in his field, and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Outside of his career, he regularly attends sporting events and is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Texas Rangers.
